We guarantee our merchandise, and will accept any unused item for refund or exchange. Please contact customer service at mirnola@bellsouth.net or call 504.558.1952 to arrange for a refund or exchange.

Shipping Policy

Please expect your order to be delivered within 10 days to 2 weeks within the continental United States.

For international orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive

FAQ's

Q. My credit card was charged within a few days of the order, where is my merchandise?

A. Billing occurs when an order is placed, it is not tied into a shipping date. Shipping occurs when inventory is available to fulfill the order.

 

Q. I would like to contact someone regarding the status of my order.

A. The phone number listed on the website 504-558-1952 is available to receive messages from 9 a.m. (CST) to 6 p.m. (CST). An email inquiry may be made to mirnola@bellsouth.net . Please reference your order number in the subject line.

 

Q. My order is over 3 weeks from when my credit card was charged. What is the delay?

A. When the items on the website were available for orders there was a minimal beginning inventory. Make It Right was overwhelmed with the generous support from thousands of buyers. Items had to be ordered to meet the initial demand and holiday deadlines there have been consistent efforts to fill and respond to every order.

 

Q. I have a tracking number for my orders shipment but it hasn't been received.

A. Please contact mirnola@bellsouth.net to see if the shipment has been lost, attempted to be delivered, has the correct delivery address.

 

Q. When and/or where can I purchase the Caputo caps?

A. These items have been discontinued permanently. They were only available during the first few weeks of website’s merchandise offerings.

Q. Will you be selling long sleeve t-shirts?

A. We had hoped to, but these are no longer available in our organic material.

 

Q. Why is there a longer delay in having tote bags shipped?

A. The fabric for the construction of these items is coming directly from the Pink House installation. That site is currently being dismantled and the fabric is not readily available until late January. The bags are then being produced locally by Lighthouse for the Blind and then need to be embellished with our logo.
